HeartSpring Holdings LLC operates in full compliance with the Georgia Fair Housing Act ( see details ). Please note, however, that we are not currently registered as Housing Choice property owners, and thus are not participating in the Housing Choice program.
To register your vehicle(s) with Cross Creek, and obtain parking passes and amenity passes (for the pool, etc.), you need to complete the Resident Registration Form (see below) and bring it to the Office along with a copy of your lease and your vehicle registration.
Cross Creek is instituting a new gate pass system, which will be implemented the spring of 2013. This system requires that a small (nearly invisible) sticker be affixed to your vehicle, which will cause the gates to open automatically for you. There is a charge of $15 for each vehicle registered.
